• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience or formal carpentry training
• Red Seal certification or international equivalent (considered a strong asset)
• High level of craftsmanship and keen attention to detail
• Reliable, self-driven, and able to work well in a team
• Own basic hand tools (or willing to acquire them)
• Open to short-term, seasonal, or long-term opportunities in Whistler
