This renovation of a family residence in White Gold includes the construction of a new ground floor entry, extensions for a full wrap-around deck, removal of a dated & bulky fireplace, reconfiguration of the internal floor plan to enlarge the kitchen and improve the overall space. The home was modernized with energy-efficient mechanical systems, appliances, insulation, and windows. A contemporary aesthetic was achieved by sanding & re-staining posts & beams, painting the exterior siding, installing new hardwood floors & cabinetry, and the use of glass railings.
