Project Description

This kitchen renovation focused on improving layout efficiency, circulation, and alignment with the home’s mountain-modern architecture. Vision Pacific reconfigured the space to enhance day-to-day functionality while delivering a high level of build quality, durability, and integration with existing conditions.

The design is anchored by a central island that improves workflow and supports social use. A restrained material palette of natural marble, warm wood tones, and metallic accents allows craftsmanship and detailing to lead. Custom millwork incorporates concealed storage and fully re-paneled Sub-Zero refrigeration, maintaining clean sightlines and long-term performance. Dual Dornbracht Tara Ultra pull-down faucets paired with a Foster Happy Hour sink create a modular workstation, while dual Miele dishwashers, an induction cooktop, and speed oven provide efficient, high-performance operation.

A secondary wet bar—equipped with an under-counter ice maker, refrigeration, and hot water tap—is strategically located away from the main prep zone to support entertaining without disrupting kitchen workflow. Precision details including flush-reveal baseboards, concealed sprinkler heads, and integrated LED lighting required careful framing, coordination, and finishing.

Structural reinforcement, mechanical rerouting, and radiant heat protection were executed with tight tolerances to preserve envelope integrity and existing systems. The completed kitchen delivers a cohesive, highly functional result that reflects disciplined construction practices and long-term performance expectations.
