Project Description
Situated in Whistler’s prestigious Sunridge Plateau, this 6,200+ square foot residence was fully transformed by Vision Pacific through a comprehensive interior renovation, with interior design by Tracey Ford Designs.
Spanning three levels, the renovation included all-new hardwood, tile, and carpet flooring, upgraded drywall and insulation throughout, and a fresh, modern paint palette. The kitchen was fully reimagined with custom millwork, natural stone countertops, fluted glass steel doors, and integrated appliances—seamlessly blending functionality with refined design.
Key living spaces were elevated with new windows flanking the main fireplace, reworked masonry walls, custom record shelving, and flush baseboards paired with drywall window returns for a streamlined, contemporary aesthetic. The dining room features a custom bronze-top buffet, while the mudroom was entirely rebuilt with minimalist, functional millwork designed for organized storage of footwear and outerwear. Heated tile flooring, updated appliances, and flush-mounted HVAC vents, pot lights and speakers were added throughout, along with refinished doors and hardware to ensure consistency in every detail.
On the lower level, we crafted a bespoke wet bar that serves as a stylish entertaining hub—complete with a backlit white quartzite backsplash, natural stone surfaces, custom blackened steel shelving, and tailored millwork. This cohesive transformation reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and the art of elevated mountain living.
