Project Description
This exterior renovation was designed to enhance year-round outdoor living and add a functional, stylish carport equipped with an electric car charger. The project features a new covered patio with gourmet outdoor kitchen, a heated seating area, and a sunken hot tub – all thoughtfully positioned to capture the breathtaking mountain views. The scope of work included extensive excavation, grading, drainage work, structural framing and landscaping. Premium materials such as stone veneer, architectural concrete, high-performance pavers, and quartz countertops create a luxurious outdoor space built to withstand the elements.. A cedar privacy screen and strategically designed in plantings enhance privacy without compromising views.
