Project Description

Set on a rare two-acre estate in Whistler’s exclusive Southlands enclave, this contemporary residence is conceived as a private family compound.  The 5,000 sq ft main home, complete with full basement, is designed to balance architectural presence with refined, thoughtfully planned interiors.

Corten steel, natural materials and expansive glazing anchor the home to its alpine setting, framing uninterrupted views while creating seamless transitions to the surrounding landscape.  Interior spaces emphasize proportion, light, material continuity and functionality with bespoke millwork and carefully resolved details elevating each room.

A detached artist studio provides a distinct retreat within the estate – purpose-built, light-filled and thoughtfully positioned to preserve both inspiration and privacy.

Outdoors, a resort-caliber swimming pool and curated landscape design transform the property into a year-round sanctuary.

Together, these elements establish a legacy estate that reflects both contemporary alpine design and enduring family living.
