Project Description

Located in Whistler’s Creekside neighbourhood, the Marmot Place renovation focused on modernizing an aging condominium while addressing key structural and building performance issues. The project began with resolving underlying structural and insulation deficiencies, creating a more durable and comfortable envelope suited to the mountain climate.

The interior layout was reworked to improve flow and functionality. The kitchen was reoriented to better connect with the main living space, creating a more open and practical arrangement for everyday use. Upgraded plumbing and electrical systems were integrated throughout the home, along with a new fireplace that adds warmth and a natural focal point to the living area.

The renovation was completed with all-new finishes, cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures, giving the home a clean, contemporary feel while remaining well suited to its setting in Creekside. The result is a thoughtfully updated mountain residence designed for comfort, reliability, and easy living in Whistler.
